meeting customer needs, liaising with other departments, liaising with airlines, getting cost effective rates to meet customer KPIs, dealing with shipments that range from dangerous good to temperature controlled to dangerous goods - ensuring i am within all KN & international aviation rules

the program from KN was good, was taught more and more along the way. this came with more trust and responsibilities which helps you with feeling that you are making an impact

can be rather stressful as a job compared to what i first imagined - think its more the industry then KN, new rules and regulations that are constantly updated male it challenging to get used to a certain way of working.
