My role as an apprentice painter and decorator is to make sure that the work is done correctly and learn the techniques necessary to achieve this outcome quickly and efficiently.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy it very much as you get thrown straight into the mix with learning on site.

I have been given a chance to further improve my understanding of the trade and improve existing skills through hands on experience in the deep end.

Very well structured offering me the opportunity to improve myself in their training academy and overtime.

It helps me preform better by giving me the correct tuition on working processes to avoid problems on site by cutting corners.
