I am part of the UK & Ireland Product & Supplier Management team, where we focus on developing and maximizing relationships with key and strategic suppliers. As Supplier Managers, we collaborate closely with customer-facing teams to gather insights from the UK market and share these with our central colleagues. This ensures we meet customer expectations and stay ahead of new product and brand requirements. Together with our suppliers, we build marketing plans and coordinate product launches to drive success in the market.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The online learning was well structured but the Teams calls were not as well structured. I believe there were too many people on the call which led to a lot of tie being spent going over access to the online learning, etc.

I received a lot of support from my employer which helped my completed the course successfully
