My role involves working with the clients that we manage and doing their accounts with any actions that come from the surveyors in property management
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It is a great scheme for people who are wanting to get into the property or finance world as it allows you to get a qualification while getting experience

I have learned loads about being in the property world and developed lost of life skills that will translate over into any new roles i do

I always know what I need to be doing and how this will affect my end point so it is really well structured and is easy to follow

My employer is very supportive and if I ever need any additional support I know my Savills is willing to provide.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My training provider is amazing as the way it is structured allows us to take our studies at our own pace but if we ever need support all we need to do is drop an email to our tutors and they respond very quickly.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

As I am doing an accounting role the studies I do alongside my role really provides an insight onto how the different roles and other teams I work with affect the work that I do.

Savills is a very social company, this can range from team socials to massive networking events to help us grow out connections which will help us set ourselves up for a better career.
