Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

The apprenticeship was supposed to have us around the business in 6 different roles, which then turned into 2 or 3 due to covid and furlough, along with the mis-planning of the apprenticeship scheme since we were the first group, but I was often fixing bugs within the code/back end of some of the sites and systems.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It was great fun and doing it with a bunch of like-minded people really helped

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

A lot of business knowledge, how an office works, a lot of computer knowledge and HTML knowledge which helps me in my current role as an Email Marketing Exec

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Since we were the first group of apprentices, it wasnt the best organised and they fortunately were able to learn a lot in the coming cohorts after myself. Covid and furlough also didnt help this process.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

It was tough since it was in the middle of covid, but they tried supporting as much as they could I suppose

The basics definitely helped, but I never was able to really put what I did in the classroom, into my practical role too much.
