I work in Talent Development, managing our Early Career and Apprenticeship Programmes. Raising awareness internally and externally for the programmes we offer to continually grow them, partnering with the business and liaising with our providers.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I am thoroughly enjoying my programme. I am meeting new people, learning a lot and pushing myself outside of my comfort zone.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I am continually learning new skills in my role, soft skills as well as technical skills. I am currently developing my coaching skills.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

It is well organised with a good level of structure as well as flexibility for self-paced learning too.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

I have received support from my wider team, team, other apprentices and my line manager which has been really beneficial. I have connected to other apprentices within the business who are on the same programme as me so we can share our experiences.

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I have received support from other members of my cohort, my learning coach and my coach mentor/supervisor. I have plenty of people to reach out to if I have programme specific questions.

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It is already helping me in my role whilst in training and I believe it will help me to perform even better when I complete the programme and become qualified.
