Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
Assisting the team and collecting any data they may need. Updating spreadsheets and completing set tasks that will broaden my knowledge.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
3/5
I really enjoy my programme, its all new learning for me which I like. I know that I will enjoy it more so when I get a solid foundation of knowledge and practice and start putting it into action by making my own decisions and handing my own work load.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
I started with absolutely no background in property and since starting my apprenticeship I have learnt about leases, landlords, tenants, laws and general business practice as well as getting to grips with how the NHS works and the different shifts within the NHS.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
It is some what structured well, I feel that I could be more involved and shadow the team to learn the processes within the organisation rather than spreadsheets and admin like tasks.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
4/5
I receive a lot of support, I am confident to ask any questions and I know that they will always help where they can.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
3/5
Support is always available, they make this known however I have never used it so I wouldn't know what the support is like or what they can offer you.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
I am only at the beginning of my qualification so I struggle to link my education to my job role as of yet however looking at my up coming modules I can see that I will be learning about practices that will help me in work.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
2/5
None.
