Why?
i see what goes on behind the scenes and how some agents lie, mess up accounts and the issues people face. i wouldn't trust bg myself with my own supply and data or recommend it as i know what really goes on
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Centrica?
get every change made on the account confirmed in writing, get documentation in writing of every call and interaction so agents cant go back on what they've promised
