Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
Designing and working on e-learning content, powerpoint designs and answering queries relating to content and management of an LMS system
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
I really enjoyed my programme, it was great getting to learn more about the HR space and the L&D space too and seeing this all brought to life during my worked experience at RSA.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
I've learnt a lot of new skills, from e-learning design, to upskilling on different software. I've also learnt about general upkeep on an LMS system and how the management of one works.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
5/5
The structure was clearly outlined and explained in full why it was laid out how it was laid out, full support was provided and given.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
I could not have asked for any more support, work allowed me to take countless time to complete my apprenticeship, supported with time off role to allow me to shadow other departments and created a great collaborative environment for me to complete my apprenticeship.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
The training provider would supply support in terms of calls for guidance if needed or adhoc workshops that fell within the scheduled time frames.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
I feel that the qualification has definitely helped in my confidence to perform in my role, it's allowed for me to identify the techniques that I use daily and has allowed me to eliminate my imposter syndrome.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
There is always something happening at work, be that sponsored runs, sponsered matches etc - there's a lot of stuff to get involved in. For me personally I get invovled in a lot of employee resource group work allowing me to create events to further support our employers.
