• Day to day management of supplier contract, service & performance.
• Supplier service analysis.
• Supplier spend analysis, debt review & benefit tracking.
• Manage procurement activities (negotiate new contract, variations etc.).
• Building strong and effective relationships with suppliers.
• Engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Analysing supplier MI to identify and recommend efficiency savings.
• Manage escalated complaints to resolution.
• MI analysis & reporting within timescales.
• Manage governance, audit & due diligence actions with suppliers.

Very well organised, I receive training from a specialist CIPS provider called SRSCC who have been brilliant.

My employer have been really supportive. Giving me time each week to dedicate towards my apprenticeship and study leave to revise for my exams.
