Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My role consists of undertaking pieces of valuation, consultancy and agency work. My role is client facing and I therefore get the opportunity to go on site to meet clients for inspections and also conduct viewings.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the programme hear at Savills. I have plenty of support from my team, the apprenticeship team and my university - the programme is well planned.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

My excel skills have grown significantly and I have also learnt to use software that is frequently used in the development sector.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme is well organised and structured - however it is important to keep on top of both university work and your daily job as it can be overwhelming if there are too many deadlines at once.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive plenty of support from my employer. My team have helped my development significantly and without them I wouldn't have learnt as much as I have. Training days are also provided by the graduate team as you come closer to sitting your APC.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive a good amount of support from my training provider. When i need questions answered - my Apprenticeship Outcome Officer is there to help.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel that it helps a lot. Although not always directly relevant to my role, it is beneficial to have an broad understanding about each sector of the built environment.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes, there are sports teams that you can join and there are plenty of networking events.
