Placing insurance contracts for clients, meeting demands and needs. Training other apprentices to ensure standards are met.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I thoroughly enjoy the programme as i am constantly learning and there is always something to do.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Learnt new systems as well as insurance law and the broking and placing protocols. Public speaking and communicating with others internally and externally in a professional manner.

There is a clear structure within the programme with it clear as to who to approach for any issues as well as learning requirements and unit order.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive a high standard of support within the programme as well as in my department with each colleague willing to help when needed.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Support from the training provider has been outstanding when it comes to exams, with my current skills coach being extremely helpful and supportive.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I have learnt many new aspects that i did not know before with the key unit being insurance law which is vital to my job role

There are sport teams running actively within the company as well as professional networking events which have been vital in making connections and socialising.
