Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I work as a team with usually 2-3 co workers which involves getting to the job site for around 7:30 and either get started with the prep work or continue from where we left off the previous day. It could involve cutting in, rolling, filling, stripping wallpaper etc
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Every day is different which is what I love the most while slowing getting to know my colleagues. I really enjoy paying attention to detail and completing work to the best I can, most days fly by which is always a bonus

Overall it is good but there could be improvements with with communication between the office and operatives/apprentices
