Spring Intern Review

The Insight Week is designed to introduce us to the work and culture, connect us to diverse communities and help prepare us for your future professional career by educating us the main aspect in each of Analytics & Sales and Global Data Role. Also, introducing us to the Bloomberg terminal and the difference between Buy-Side and Sell-Side market players.
There are also lots of activities planned such as the Escape Room, Toastmasters and Global Data/ Sales & Analytics activities utilising the Bloomberg terminal. Also, the opportunity to network with inspirational employees throughout the company, gain an insight into different areas of the daily work, build your professional skills as well as exploring future opportunities available.

It's been such an incredible experience as I was able not only to learn all about the business and the potential roles available. But, also having the opportunity to participate and collaborate with others on a project has been tremendously helpful and it's great to put everything learnt into practice. I have definitely learned a lot in terms of the way it works and more information in the company, such as knowing the solutions they provide to its clients.

I have learnt new and developed existing skills, such as improving my presentational skills while working on the projects collaboratively with my team. I have boosted my confidence in communication skills through the Toastmasters activity. The new skills I have learnt would be inlined with the Bloomberg terminals and utilising it effectively with the Finance knowledge learned.

I enjoy everything about Insight week as I have gained so much in terms of learning about the business, its culture, the roles and most importantly also have the opportunity to develop myself as a person, such as improving my confidence through the Toastmasters activity. It such a supportive environment and they truly invests a lot in its people.
