To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The combination of practical, on-the-job experience and the theoretical learning has been both engaging and rewarding. I enjoy being able to apply what I’ve learned in real-world scenarios, especially when it comes to tasks like recruitment, employee relations, and using HR systems. Each day brings new challenges, and I appreciate the variety of tasks I get involved in.

I also receive constructive feedback on my assignments, which helps me improve and ensures I’m on the right track. Additionally, the training provider sets clear deadlines and milestones, making it easier to stay organized and focused on my goals.
