Speaking to clients and buyers, writing brochures and going to properties.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the balance of studying as an apprentice and working in the office with my team, as well as going to London once a month with my apprenticeship group.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Leant new skills when writing brochures, and communication skills in person, on the phone and email with clients.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very well structured, ensures enough time to do any assignments and still be learning the job properly in the office.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Any time I ask for support, in our monthly catch ups and always checking I am okay with my work and if I need any help. Encouraging me to try new things and supporting me.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive support in person at our monthly meeting/training and if i email to ask a question. Also, in our quarterly meeting with me, my training provider and my line manager.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It helps me gain confidence and shows me how and where my career could progress to int he future through the company.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There are teams such as netball. There is also an apprentice committee which host events. As well as doing activities as an office like escape rooms, meals and Christmas events.
