Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
managing projects from an idea to outcome , e.g. working with designers to make artwork, arranging packing and printing with external companies, ordering our stock for marketing activity. Also team admin such as keeping track of spend, setting up meetings, recording and filing of results and images, etc.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
Yes, was given responsibility and trusted with jobs from start to finish but also was given great support whenever needed.

Great support, was very easy to reach out to my manager or anyone if I ever wanted help. Was given good guidance as well but also not too much so learnt to figure things out for myself which has been a very useful.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
An amazing culture and general atmosphere (is one of the main things Pernod Ricard is known for!). No feeling of more senior people being dismissive and not wanting to help - everyone wants each other to do well and is so friendly.
