Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My role is involving customer service and plenty of engineering such as fitting boilers, fixing them, dealing with central heating like radiators, always on the move traveling from different customers houses. Plenty of social time with customers. Lots of learning being an apprentice so I have to be on my "A Game".
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I'm thoroughly enjoying the programme at the current moment, the job always assures you that you are in a very important role and a lifetime career, very worth taking the time to apply and start the job role.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Learning so far how to use the work systems of how to select what jobs you will be doing and when, I'm not long into the apprenticeship so we're still yet to learn the basics of engineering but we will be starting that very soon.

Any kind of support you need is there, the term of "never suffer in silence" is heavily used, there's no such thing as a stupid question.
