Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Exchanging, Installing Repairing and Removing Gas and Electrical meters, commissioning meters to our network and getting customers a better and more convenient way of managing their energy usage. Managing van stock. Acting as a gas safety engineer identifying problems and acting as a middle man between DNOs and the business to help repair faults in customers houses
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy it alot getting to help customers really making a difference in the job to customers lives, being able to travel alot while working every day being different from the next, always getting to use ur brain to keep you on your toes

Fairly structured could be better, some weeks feel like a waste of time, the balance of fieldwork to academy hours is really good
