The content available to be taught is there however how it is delivered can be improved, can feel stop start and non linear
How much support do you receive from your employer?

As long as you have a manager that is on the ball then support is there but not always the case
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Being in a class of 12 i understand it can be tricky for everyones needs to be met, however the trainers do their best to ensure the supoort is there
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

No but at the academy youre in youre own bubble with your class and arrange your own activities. Unsure of once actually in the role fully

End of the day you earn a qualification whilst having the ability to earn good money especially for a young apprentice just starting their working career
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Centrica?
Dont worry about your age or workjng experience, there is a role for everyone and is inclusive even if you dont get the role first time around keep applying. Be open and ready to immerse yourself into the academy and learning its intense but worth the hard work
