As an Apprentice Building Surveyor, I assist qualified surveyors in assessing buildings for safety, condition, and compliance. My role involves site inspections, measuring and recording data, preparing reports, and ensuring regulatory standards are met. I also liaise with clients and contractors while gaining hands-on experience and studying towards industry qualifications. Each day is varied, offering a dynamic mix of practical learning and professional development. My role also includes responsibilities as a project manger.
