I am an apprentice in London Retail Property Management where we act as the bridge between asset managers (clients) and tenants in shopping centres
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the being able to use knowledge learnt theoretically against the practical side of the apprenticeship, I enjoy the balance of learn and earn

I believe that it is well structured
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive the necessary support with access to a buddy/mentor system as well as line management. As I am fixed in one team, I have build relations with those colleagues and also have a strong support system.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

There is available support sessions provided if necessary and quarterly check ins with the advisors from UCEM
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel that it helps me perform better as it enhances my overall knowledge and also enables me to understand the property industry on a wider level than just my day to day role
