Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes electrical background however I have developed some new skills with this due to the difference in the set up of the synergy network

Good team around me, have a very good manager, training staff are good
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Organised for the practical side, however the city and guilds qualifications through bridgewater college were pretty terrible.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Practical training side within nation grid definitely. City and guilds not really prevalent as leaning more from on the job experience.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
