Why?
I feel that people listen to you in terms of new ideas and that everyone I have met do try and live by the company values. Pay is good. I enjoy the work life balance as I get to work from home and encouraged to switch off
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to National Grid?
Research the company and what work we have done and will be doing. Find out what projects interests you the most and go from there
