I have improved my ability over the phone, when speaking to clients, computer skills, and overall knowledge and understanding. I came to Savills with no past experience and now I am here, writing reports and learning every day.

Very well organised, we have apprentice comittees, line managers, personal university line manager, weekly and monthly meetings, availability to talk about things when needed.
