Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
5/5
I now sit in agency and my day to day role involves speaking to interested parties, following up parties who have been sent property information and managing data. I am also involved in speaking to clients, creating marketing reports and drafting sale particulars.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
I enjoy the balance of the off the job university training and on the job experience. I am able to contextualise both in the work place and develop my skills as a result. I would recommend the route to anyone who is considering the opportunity. I feel a lot of people are often deterred by the thought of living at home, but the ability to move out, earn money and make new friends has provided me with invaluable life skills.

5/5
I have developed my excel, communication, writing and time management

Structure and Support

4/5
Having a dedicated study day assists with uni work. There is good central hr support and flexibility in my role to work remotely as and when needed.

4/5
From the central HR team, I receive APC webinars hosted by the company, APC information days and am emailed resources which assist in providing me with continued professional development experience.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
I receive webinars and online learning content, which enables me to write assignments and do my degree. They also host in person days for studying, send emails with resource information and provide some careers information. The lecturers and academic support tutors are also on hand to assist with assignment queries and provide valuable feedback.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
Initially, it felt as though the first two years of content, weren't that applicable to my role, but now that I am completely valuation models and property modules, the content feels extremely appropriate and relevant.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
3/5
Some networking events, but there aren't really any apprentice events, apart from one a year.
