Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I am an apprentice surveyor who sits in the valuation team. I primarily assist my colleagues undertaking valuations for different property types including commercial, residential and development. Additionally, I liaise with a number of solicotras and private individuals regarding covenant enquiries for a local estate.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I find my programme very enjoyable as it provides a diverse amount of learning which can be applied within my workplace.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes I have improved my interpersonal skills and wells and my English skills

How well organised/structured is your programme?

It is well structured with lots of learning material. Occasionally, there is a clash with dates on the assignments.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

A very good amount. There are additonal training days provided by Savills.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

A good amount I can ask for support whenever and I have 12 weekly meetings.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It provides me with excellent theoretical detail which I can apply to my day top day job.

Yes, there are plenty of local and national networking events available.
