Assisting team in property management matters. Managing the interests of private clients, corporate and institutional clients and providing advice on management of the rural environment
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the role greatly, there is a good mixture of out of office work and working within a strong team.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Professional language, presenting information and accounts to clients. Inspections skills and time management as part of the job

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The route is well organised. From experience however, certainly as the apprenticeship progresses toward the APC I think Savills could be more aware of the requirements set out by universities. We were pushed to complete diary recording much earlier, with a long gap in advice from work.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Savills provides ample time and training. If there are issues or time for university work or additional learning is required, this is given,
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The university offers great experience and training. I do think more could be don with regard to tracking actual competencies, rather than off the job experience and KSBs which become less important as time goes on
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It offers practical knowledge required to undertake the job. I would like to see more lecturers amend lecture advice to recognise years in work. We are undertaking full time modules and some teaching advice is the same where it could be amended to recognise experience

Look at the companies goals, policies and understand the works each office undertakes. Know where you want to be in five years and be confident
