very well structured. we move assignments around to fit what i am doing at work so it keeps it incredible relevant

a lot. as i said we cater towards my work achievements which makes it feel easier as i am applying the skills straight away.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

as i haven’t finished yet it’s not a 10 but i have grown so much and it has given me so much confident to excel it my job. it’s really be inspiring for me to learn more so i can grow myself as a person.

yes we have networking events and spore activities throughout the year.

it’s been an incredible company to work for that’s given me long term friends, incredible skills that i can use daily. a sense of belonging and i work alongside some incredible leaders that have truly helped to inspire my future. it allows for us to grow.
