At Bagnalls I'm a second year apprentice , this role involves a lot of team work . And entails hard work day in and out. Sticking to time schedules is a must so we try to do our best in the fastest way possible to get the jobs done.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I’d say I enjoy my aprentaship , it’s gave me purpose in life. and I’ve had a lot of experiences from this job which I can’t say I’ve done before. So I’d say it’s been enjoyable

I’d say it’s structured and organised well. Everything is always planned in advance , we know where we are working before the following week and before working away :)
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I’d say my employer is very supportive, I’ve struggled with my mental health for a period of time and my managers have been great . And tried to help as much as possible , they do try there best to make sure we are supported in the right way with anything
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I get alot of support from collage training, and the Bagnalls’s academy which improves our skills massively, I’d say the people I work with are very supportive as they try their best to teach me new stuff also
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel it does help , it’s nice to learn things from people who have been int hr trade for years. This will help me in the long run for anything I may bump into
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

This job has given me alot since I started, self growth, friends , and most importantly a life, I think this company is different from others they have so much to offer to young people looking to start their careers, you gain a lot of experience from this company and good memories.

Stick to timekeeping, and report things that are making u feel uncomfortable at work.
