From the uni side, very poorly. Always changing, the resources aren't always in a clear place, lecturers can be confusing

My line manager is absolutely excellent, but Unilever themselves do not do much checking in or support sessions for apprentices.

There are some great supports like the work based learning tutor, but the professors can be finicky and not respond.
