Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

The apprenticeship involves developing our knowledge on gas and electrics. I really like the way the apprenticeship throws you straight into learning and give you the resources needed from day 1. Some criticism would be that the vans have frequently had some faults and some people diddnt have mentors initially.

For the most part good butnsome people have had issues with getting mentors and some trainers are being swapped around.
