I manage document governance, promote finance best practices, and improve purchase order processes. My role involves collaborating with teams, ensuring effective communication, and contributing to digital transformation initiatives within my department

I thoroughly enjoy my Project Manager Apprenticeship at AstraZeneca as it offers a diverse range of learning opportunities. I appreciate the balance between hands-on project experience and formal training, which allows me to develop valuable skills like communication, organization, and stakeholder engagement. Working on meaningful initiatives, such as my departments engagement event and scientific conferences, has been particularly rewarding. The variety of tasks keeps my role engaging, and I value the opportunity to contribute to impactful projects while continuously expanding my knowledge.

Managing my teams governance enhanced my organisational and time management skills. Additionally, learning finance processes strengthened my financial awareness and attention to detail, while supporting AI training expanded my technical skills. Completing a Project Management certification has further improved my understanding of stakeholder engagement and change strategies.
