Repair/exchanging smart meters, tackling other problems around the meter & solving. Providing excellent customer service. Communicating with colleagues and maintaining safety and organization with van.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Half very much, half very stressful due to amount of unnecessary data input taking away time from learning and absorbing new knowledge and skills. Data input is longer than the job itself

How well organised/structured is your programme?

made no sense to start gas then do electric then back to gas. Caused a lot of stress within the group as a lot of new gas knowledge was lost when focusing on electric before doing our gas exams first. Gas ras documents too repetitive.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Why?
Because it is the best company I've worked for so far in terms of looking after employees, the reward for your work is more worth the effort than anywhere else. All round best working environment
