I believe it is pretty well organised, I am able to progress faster if I choose too
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I feel that I receive a good amount of support, sometimes I can feel that it’s forgotten that I am also learning as well as being an employee. Which is a bit of a compliment but can also be a lot at times,
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I believe that I get a decent amount of support, I do find it hard to process what I need to do if it’s not verbally so I do have to call my trainer for her to discuss over the phone, so I do feel that she can cater to that
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I can already see the difference in my own practice and I can’t wait to see what kind of practitioner I will be when this is complete
