My employer has been supportive in enrolling me and enabling me to organise my diary accordingly. They take an interest in how my course is going and have supported me in identifying opportunities to apply my learning.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

We have regular meetings, where we review learning progress. I know where to go should I need any further support. Lifetime also signpost to other resources available to me e.g. emotional support, debt advice, discounts, professional bodies.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

A great deal. If I apply my learning throughout and beyond the workshop, this will change my career. It is relevant to my role and has helped me to build confidence and expertise.

Why?
It's a large, reputable organisation. I've grown my own career at HC-One and I've seen others do that too. The organisation is forward-thinking and growing in a more positive way. I enjoy being part of that change.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to HC-One?
It's an organisation which places emphasis on kindness to Residents and Colleagues too. If you're passionate about caring for others and also continuous development and growth for yourself, you can do that at HC-One.
