I really enjoyed the programme, the mixture of self lead materials and interactive webinars helped increase my knowledge and build confidence in my practice.

The course was well organised and was structured in a way that course work and expectations were manageable alongside work and family commitments

My employer was super supportive, allowing me time during work hours to complete my assignments and complete my studies.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My training provider was very supportive, they offered me regular catch up's and they were able to offer me advice and support when I needed it. During the programme, I had several personal issues and they helped me through them and allowed me time off to reduce the pressure.
They also made adjustments for my dyslexia which played a significant role in helping me complete my apprenticeship.

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It has helped me significantly in my role, it has not only built up my skills in working with my stakeholders, it has also increased my confidence.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

We have annual conferences, regular regional meetings and have several virtual communities giving colleagues a chance to share ideas, raise concerns and ask questions.
