Managing a team of approx 30 people, supporting and advising to complete over 37000 invoices per month covering 351 nurseries
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy learning new ways to bring out the best within the team, and encourage feedback and group discussions to make the invoicing process better for the team, the course has made me a better team leader

Always learning on the job and the TL Level 3 Apprenticeship has equipped me with the right skills to carry out my work. I had great support with the Busy Bees Training & Education Dept

Very well organised and very well supported - it was identified where I needed extra help and that was always given
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I received an enormous amount of support and encouragement, I am currently waiting on my result of the end point assessment
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I had constant meetings with my advisor and received a huge amount of support as I needed to gain qualifications in Maths and English as well as complete the TL course, without this support I would not have achieved completing the course
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I've gained invaluable skills by completing this course and feel it has made me a better Team Leader
