Exit Interviews, Recruitment, Disciplinaries, Grievances, New Starter Inductions, Supporting managers, Flexible working requests, Attendance and absence management, integrity concerns.

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

I was given responsibility from the moment I started with GE which I really appreciated. Being thrown into the role helped me to gain confidence from the off. I had complete ownership over inductions and exit interviews from my first week.

How much support and guidance did you receive during your placement / internship?

A fair amount, I was left to my own devices quite often but I had the support of the second HR intern. The team was alos big so once I built confidence I could ask them questions.
