Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I am a placement broker that uploads documents to PPL and DMS on a daily basis. I also use Excel to update schedules of movements as well as teams to communicate with my colleagues. Outlook is another app that is key to my role as I receive and send emails internally and externally to other WTW staff or a variety of insurers.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I struggled at the start of the programme but recently I am feeling much more confident within my role so I have enjoyed it a lot more.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt many new skills including a variety of IT, communication and organisation skills.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

I would say that it was very organised at the start of the apprenticeship but after two months there didn't seem as much support as there was at the beginning. Since Christmas this has continued to get better and I feel like it is well structured again.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I currently receive a lot of support from my employer however I feel this has fluctuated throughout the time I have been here.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I feel like there was a lot of support from the training provider. I thought all the training sessions were very good however I would have liked more of them to be in person.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It has given so much more understanding of the insurance industry and where I sit within it. They have clearly explained who and what processes are involved. I have found this very beneficial.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes there quite a few different activities that are offered.

I think everyone that works here is really nice so for an apprentice it is easy to settle in.
