Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

At E.ON we rotate on 6 month placements. this allows us to gain a wealth of experience across the business. I project manage contracts, sub-contractors, i have experience on site.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I love the opportunity to go to the different placements as i gain different experience from working with a range of people

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very well, we have a great early careers team who look after our welfare, as well as making sure we are getting the most out of the programme.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Loads, the early career team ensure to make the first 12 months a smooth settling in period. we are assigned mentors and buddies who help too
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

YSJ is a good university who structure the course well
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I am certainly learning alot about the theory and being able to put it into practice is helpful
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Some DAs run sports teams, and e.on has lots of "networks" where like minded people come together who have similar interests, religions, neurodiversity, cultures etc.
