Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Some days I am out meeting clients and measuring jobs to be quoted for. Some days I'm on site managing a team of painters. Other days I'm in the office doing the admin side of it, pricing the work up.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy my role, every day is different which keeps the interest alive in my opinion.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learned about final Account measuring and estimating, how to meet with customers and sell the company in a positive way to help win work. I am learning about project management and all the key aspects that go with it to help me run jobs successfully.

A lot of support is given, one to one meeting bi weekly to discuss my progress and how I'm feeling.

A lot, I can join weekly drop in sessions and have one to one meetings when ever I need help.

Yes, we have team days out such as going the Chester races.
