Making sure the kitchen is running and operating correctly. Making sure quality of food is up to standard and keeping a high level of health and safety in the kitchen.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my programme cause it makes me think about skills I didn’t before and how to manage all different types of people. It’s taught me many things about being a better cook as well as a better manager

How well organised/structured is your programme?

I thinks well organised, I think the online course and the face to face workshops could line up a bit better as last time I went we were going over stuff I completed in October instead of the current subject but I like the programme as a whole
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive a lot of support from my employer. When I ask for something that I might need support in they will find a way to see if it can be easier for me.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive a lot of support again, whenever I need a question answering or I’m stuck on a section my mentor will help me out as much as they can and also make me feel more at ease with the the whole apprenticeship.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I think it does as I get to apply what I learn to my work almost instantly and I can see and feel the changes from my training applied to my work.
