I have enjoyed the program although at times it has been difficult and have struggled. However I knew when taking this challenge on it wasn't going to be easy.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Massively improved my planning and organisation skills to be able to get everything planned and in place ready for a decoration job to start.

It is very organised with 6 monthly assessments and appraisals to help me understand where I can learn and improve.

I believe I receive a great support system and whenever I need help or guiding I know where to ask.

My training provider is mostly helpful and point in the correct location when help is needed.

My qualification has helpful parts such as health and safety. However the course is a construction and built environment course where as I'm working in painting and decorating.

Because it is a very good company to work for where I can see myself working for a long time at Bagnalls.

I would definitely recommend applying to work at Bagnalls but hard work is required to get the most out of the opportunity.
