To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

My programme is fantastic, the lecturers at the UCEM are knowledgeable, approachable and very much in tune with what is going on in the current construction industry.

Yes - contractual, tendering and procurement as well as sustainability in construction.

Everything is structured extremely well from modules, lectures, literature and the VLE.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I have a line manager who is extremely supportive through my apprenticeship. They have been interested in the programme and my progression always been there to help, guide and advise.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The UCEM is unbelievably engaging and supportive for me as student. The VLE, the lecturers and the time they offer each student is so beneficial and helpful. Studying at the UCEM has been a great experience.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Very much gives me skills to complete my day job but also enhances my knowledge within the industry and specific subject matters.
