My role is an apprentice painter and decorator i get picked up for work and i do things such as cutting in, rolling, prepping walls ect.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy my programme and i think bagnalls are a great company.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

i learned how to wallpaper and lining paper. i also learned how to develop my painting woodwork

My programme is very well organised and everything is simple and easy to understand.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I recieve a lot of support from my employer and i feel like they make working for them feel as lease stressful as possible
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My training provider gives me lots of support and make it clear as to what i will get at the end of my apprenticeship and how to finish my apprenticeship.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel like it’s good as i learn things that i wouldn’t normally do on site.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

yes my branch do football games on a thursday however that’s something i’m or interested in but i think it is a very good idea for everyone else and they seem the enjoy it a lot.

I with say get some painting experience before you apply so you know what your going in to.
