Rotational Placements in different areas of construction management including Quantity Surveying, Quality Assurance, Site Management, Preconstruction, Design Management, working with managers and operatives
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Different rotations are giving me a valuable amount of experience in all areas of management. I wouldn't get this amount of support or experience anywhere else

Confidence, increased knowledge, developed construction technology skills and general construction knowledge

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Fairly well organised- half a day every week to complete uni work but can be moved/collated to work for me plus one week every few months at uni. Rotations are managed well by line manager
How much support do you receive from your employer?

As much as needed- supported to take time to do uni work and rotations are supported by site team
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

half a day a week provided to do uni work, most people are able to help and will offer to help with uni work if needed
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

A lot of corporate social responsibility events/networking events, Apprenticeship Ambassador events, moving through may initiative, time out activities in July etc
