Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Day to day I am based on site working with the commercial team assisting with sub-contractors on site. Procurement for future sub-contractor works required on site. General day to day training in all items required in Quantity Surveying.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Every day, continually learning new and different parts of the job. Gaining massive amounts of knowledge about the construction Industry.

Lots of Support from the emerging talent team. Also my site team and line manager are always there if I feel like I need there support.

They have been good so far with check up calls and given loads of details if there are any issues who and where we need to contact.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel that you are learning on site the day to day. But to understand the legal and more academic version of the job gives you a real broad knowledge not just solely being on site.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes lots Kier are very good at arranging extra events, socials with site, socials with new emerging talent and a monthly 7-aside football team with in our local office.
