completing administrative tasks such as maintaining members records, calculating quotes (transfer and retirement) proccessing deaths, processing payments for lump sums and pesions and setting up members for their retirement

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

At the start i really enjoyed the apprenticeship but now they have made changes in the bristol office (test and learn) its very stressfull day to day- there is too much workload for our team and not enough people to complete it- plus there are 6 apprentices on team which means time is lost every week due to the completion of apprentice work
