In my role, I participate in various meetings to gain insight into different projects and team dynamics. I shadow colleagues in multiple departments, learning firsthand about the company's operations and responsibilities. On a day-to-day basis, I am involved in completing different tasks ranging from administrative duties to more complex project-related work. My work varies, which keeps it interesting and ensures I am constantly developing new skills. Overall, I have the opportunity to experience different parts of the business, which helps me grow both professionally and personally.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my apprenticeship programme immensely. It provides me with the perfect balance of hands-on experience and professional development. Each day brings new learning opportunities, and I appreciate the chance to work with different teams across the business. The structure of the programme allows me to rotate through various departments, which keeps things fresh and interesting. The support I receive from both my employer and training provider ensures I’m always on track. The friendly and collaborative environment makes every day enjoyable, and I look forward to the continuous growth the programme offers.

The qualification I’m working towards through my training provider has been extremely helpful in improving my performance at work.
